I created the charger light out of frustration, when trying to plug my charger in during the evening. I hope you like it!

Automatically comes on when door opens, shines the right amount of light in the right places, automatically shuts off after 30-60 seconds. Perfect. It does make the push-to-open feature of the charge port door slightly less foolproof, but no big deal.
It's simple, it fits, it works, it's worth every penny. Thanks for creating this!
I enjoy the convenience as I have been "sliding the plug around" for almost 8 years between my two Volts and my first Bolt. Not expensive, works great & ALWAYS there when I need it.

I have to say, AWESOME product!! GM SUCKS!! I had a leaf for 6 years (2 leases) and they COME WITH a light built in, I love my Bolt, but was annoyed with no light. And GM wants to charge you over 250 for the Light RING ... Although very cool, NOT worth almost 300 bucks, and SHOULD BE included! when i saw this i was skeptical, BUT WHAT AN Awesome product/simple, very well designed.. I'm angry at myself for not thinking of it 🙂

Ordered on a Saturday, arrived in my mailbox halfway across the country on Monday. I commend the design. Fits and works perfectly. After installing it, the light looks like it is actually part of the Bolt's construction. The video above showed what I was previously going through before the light arrived (I get home after dark every night and park outside under a dark carport). Now I can plug the charger into the port without struggling. Many thanks to the people who created this product.

Light came quickly in the mail, installed in seconds. Still working great after a month. Shame on GM for not doing this!
Mine just showed up today. Installation took perhaps 30 seconds (I wiped the area with alcohol to insure good adhesion.) This thing is great. Open the charging door, the light comes on, 20 seconds later it slowly fades to off. I suspect that the batteries will last for months and months. Well done, sir!
Fits perfectly and solves a real problem. I will not struggle with plugging in my EV Bolt at night now!!

I installed the ChargerLight I bought for my wife for Xmas. This thing is absolutely perfect. I can't recommend it enough.
It arrived in 2 days. Installation was so simple even I could do it. Light comes on when you open the charge port door, gives plenty of illumination to see the port and plug in, and shuts itself off after a few seconds. Subtle but effective.
PURCHASED THIS LIGHT FOR MY BOLT EV 2 YRS AGO - FANTASTICV - WORKED PERFECTLY - RADED IN MY BOLT FOR ANOTHER BOLT EUV - PEELED THE LIGHT AND STUCK IT IN SIMILAR LOCATION - LIGHT DID NOT COME ON BUT DOES IF I PUSH THE BUTTON IN! FANTASTIC PRODUCT

Well designed. Fits the charger port of my '23 Chevrolet Bolt perfectly. Illuminates the charging port very well. After installation, the charger door operates exactly the same as before, with no additional resistance. Problem solved. Thanks for making this terrific product!

Just installed the charger light on our 2018 Chevy Bolt. It works perfectly. Tight fit behind charger door, and it takes just a little more force to close the charger door now, but no problem. Illuminates the charging port rather nicely. Recommend wiping the installation spot with all-purpose spray cleaner and dry cloth to assure good adhesion.
Took all of 20 seconds to install. I love it.
Very easy install. Works perfectly. Illuminates immediately upon opening the door to the charge port and dims/shutsoff after a minute or so.
Please make one that fits a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid!
